Winter break

Blizzard

Tried to go to Chicago this weekend.  Mother nature had other ideas.  We had to turn back before we even made it to Indiana.  It was kind of cool driving on the snow-swept road.  Sort of looked like driving on the ocean, except it was snow instead of surf.  But then it was just a wall of white and it wasn't as fun.

On the plus side got to go Kalamazoo, home of Bell's Brewery.

Way late Halloween pics

My smoking rabbit costume was met with mixed reviews.  C'mon... look at that tail

Sunny's Sub-Zero costume wins my vote for best (among ppl I know).  It takes cajones to wear a kids medium costume for Halloween.

Becky leading the "Anna Karrenina Drinking Game."   Drink for Vronsky!

Halloween was good.  I managed to lose three items that weekend: my wallet, my commerical statutes book, and my dorm room chair. All were dutifully returned to me by faithful and reliable citizens of Ann Arbor.

Alas, the doldrums of early winter have set in.  Finals, cold weather, monotony of the school routine.  We really need a Michigan victory next week to wake this town up.
